CSCAM was established under the Venture Establishment Act in 2000 and commercialized commercial CAD/CAM systems for the first time in Korea through continuous research and development, and manufactured and sold dedicated CAD/CAM systems and multi-axis machine tools for tire mold design and manufacture. By developing a CAM system and marking machine exclusively for shipbuilding, it contributed greatly to the automation of the design and process in the shipbuilding sector such as Hyundai Heavy Industries, Samsung Heavy Industnes, and Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries. In addition, the controller division is the nation's leading CNC company, which acquired the CNC division at TURBOTEK Co. in 2009 and developed domestic CNC controllers and servo packs based on years of CNC control technology development expenence.

Through continuous research and development without relying on previous technologies and products, CSCAM has made unauthorized efforts to develop core and difficult technologies needed by industry and the field, and sells mold design and processing CAD/CAM systems, EtherCAT-based high-performance CNC controllers, 5-axis On-The-Fly laser patterning machines, metal 3D pnnter (PBF) and LMS(Linear Motion System). In order to flexibly respond to rapidly changing markets and contribute to national technology independence, CSCAM is accelerating technology development and product commercialization with a vision of technology globalization.
