The system integrates CSCAM laser-scanner and CNC control technology. It is optimized for tire side mold processing, producing seamless 3D micro-patterning without steps or joints.
CSCAM uses Pulsed Laser-based Instant Vaporization (Ablation) technology to create precision micro-patterns on material surfaces without thermal deformation. By optimizing Nano, Pico, and Femto-second laser processing characteristics according to pulse duration, it achieves Ultra-Precision Edge Quality and Processing Productivityat the same time.
Thermal and physical responses applied to materials vary depending on the laser energy input method.
Continuously irradiates energy to melting and joining (welding) or melt-removing (cutting)the material. A heat-affected zone (HAZ) can form, causing thermal deformation and burrs during micro-patterning.
Focuses advanced energy for an extremely short time to instantly vaporizing and desorbingthe material. It blocks heat transfer to surrounding areas and creates clean, distortion-free edges.
As the pulse duration decreases, the heat transfer time itself is blocked, minimizing the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ). CSCAM controls the pulse region according to the process purpose.
High material removal rate enables fast processing. A small HAZ exists, but it is suitable for high-volume removal and primary rough patterningapplications.
Balances processing efficiency and precision. It greatly suppresses thermal effects while enabling precise surface texture and high-precision 3D texturingapplications.
Implements cold ablation with ultrashort pulses shorter than the heat-transfer time, producing ultra-precision micro edges with no thermal distortion or burrs.
Diffuse reflection at the boundary causes font blurring depending on the angle, resulting in low mold visibility.
Blocks micro-reflection angles to absorb a large amount of light, maximizing dark contrast and guaranteeing sharp outlines.
Conventional machined patterns often lose logo or information-code visibility because of diffuse reflection at metal boundaries. CSCAM micro-pattern texturing blocks light angles intentionally and creates a deep black three-dimensional structure, delivering over 50% higher contrast and sharper outlinescompared with conventional machining.
Combines nanosecond pulsed laser and 3D scanner control technology to realize the highest quality micro-textures.
Dedicated CAM software and precision scanner optimization technology support seamless surface-partition machining.
Applied by global customers in Korea and abroad, confirming equipment quality and durability.
